Jerusalem
After breakfast
Supper and overnight in Jerusalem.
Depart for Jordan via Allenby Border Crossing. Visit Mount Nebo and Machaerus (where John the Baptist was imprisoned). Overnight in Petra.
Visit Petra and Wadi Rum (two-hour jeep tour). Overnight at a desert camp in Wadi Rum.
Depart Wadi Rum for Amman (for those not going to Egypt). City tour of Amman. Arrive at Amman airport by 9:00 p.m. for overnight flights departing after midnight. (Optional stay overnight in Amman.)
Arrive home.
