1 Free Tour for Every 10 Paid Travelers

We’re delighted to offer a special program for pastors, teachers, and leaders who would like to bring a group to Israel. Leaders receive a complimentary tour (and flight allowance) for every 10 paid travelers. Here’s how it works:

1. Everything on your tour is planned for you by Tabgha Tours–and a local Christian guide will lead the tour, handle the logistics, and speak on the site’s history/archaeology throughout the trip. Your primary focus as group leader/coordinator is to provide devotional talks throughout the trip, as well as shepherd your group.

2. Your other responsibility is sharing the word with people in your circles. For every 10 travelers who sign up, you will receive a complimentary tour (plus a $1000 flight allowance, which covers roundtrip flights from many cities). Your only expense on the trip will be your daily lunches. Note: Because of the volume pricing for our tours, we need to have at least paid 30 travelers per bus, so if your group is less than 30 paid travelers, we can combine your group with another group. If you have at least 30 travelers, you’ll have your own bus. Our buses can hold 35-55 travelers.

(Note: We can also customize tours to smaller group sizes, but the pricing per person would increase.)

Which group size do you have interest in coordinating?

I’m confident I can sign up 30+ travelers (full tour bus). I understand that I would receive one free tour (and $1000 flight allowance) for every 10 paid travelers, up to 4 free tours.
I will probably have a smaller group than 30 travelers, and understand that my group may share a bus with another group. I understand that I will still get one free tour (and flight allowance) for every 10 paid travelers in my group.
I will have a smaller group than 30 travelers, but we would like our own private bus. (I understand the custom pricing per traveler will be somewhat higher.)

If you have a smaller group and would like to share a tour, is there another pastor/teacher/leader that you would be interested in sharing with?

(If you don't have another co-leader in mind, your small group will be paired with another group who can travel on the same dates.)

Would you like to also offer your group optional extensions to Jordan and/or Egypt?

You would not be obligated to attend these extensions, which are led by local guides. However, if enough people sign up for the extensions, the same (complimentary) arrangement would be available to you as above.
