We’re so excited for our 2024 Thailand tour. The beauty of Thailand is matched by the Thai
people themselves. There’s no place in the world as friendly and welcoming as Thailand. Our previous
groups have fallen in love with Thailand (see photos at www.facebook.com/TabghaTours.) We can’t wait
to take a new group to the “Land of Smiles.” Along with all the wonderful sites and experiences, our tour

THAILAND 2024: THE LAND OF SMILES (JUNE 17-26, 2024)

Mon, June 17 Depart home airport for Bangkok, Thailand. (Can also depart Sunday, June 16.)
Tues., June 18 Arrive in Bangkok. Take taxi to our hotel in Bangkok. The airport taxi system is simple to use and carefully regulated. An English-speaking attendant will help you. Your room will be waiting under your name—sleep to your heart’s content! Overnight in Bangkok.
Wed., June 19 Breakfast buffet, opening meeting, and depart for Temple of Golden Buddha and ancient Thai capital of Ayutthaya. Return for supper, free time (exploring, shopping, Thai massage) and overnight in Bangkok.
Thurs., June 20 Breakfast buffet and depart for the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew. Provided lunch and longtail boat ride on the Chao Phraya River. Return for open supper and free time. Overnight in Bangkok.
Fri., June 21 Depart early for morning flight to Phuket, Thailand. Visit Tiger Kingdom-Phuket to interact with small and large tigers (as desired). Lunch and transfer to resort hotel in Phuket. Open supper, worship, and overnight at Phuket on the Andaman Sea.
Sabbath, June 22 Sabbath worship and mission project. Arrive evening at Krabi on the Andaman Sea by longtail boat. Supper and overnight at beach resort on the Andaman Sea.
Sun., June 23 Breakfast buffet. Depart by boat for beautiful Phi Phi Islands, Loh Sama Bay, and Bamboo Island for snorkeling/swimming/relaxing. Provided lunch and afternoon return to resort. Rest or walk on monkey trail. Open supper and overnight at beach resort on the Andaman Sea.
Mon., June 25 Breakfast buffet and excursion day. Relax at beach resort or select half-day or full-day excursion or your choice: Full Day Elephant Sanctuary & Hot Spring & Emerald Lagoon Tour, Full-Day Hong Islands Tour, Half-Day Thai cooking class. Open supper, worship, and overnight at Krabi on the Andaman Sea.
Tues. June 26 Depart resort and arrive at Krabi airport at 11 a.m. for flights departing after 1 p.m. to destination of choice: Bangkok, Singapore, etc. Your international flight home should not depart before 6:00 p.m. Some international flights depart from Bangkok in the evening, while others depart early morning. Travelers choosing to fly to Singapore may choose to stay at one of these hotels near the airport or downtown: www.singaporeairporthotel.com
Wed., June 27 Arrive home with memories of the Land of Smiles, or continue to other destinations.
TOUR PACKAGE: $1950/person based on double occupancy; $2450/single room.
Included: first-class hotels/resorts, two meals/day, sightseeing and entrance fees, Thai guides, transportation via motorcoach/longtail boat/speedboat/tuk-tuk, gratuities, post-departure insurance.
Post-departure trip insurance is included through Adventist Risk Management. The insurance covers post-departure emergencies, including hospitalization and lost luggage, and as well as trip cancellation for medical reasons.
Not included: one meal/day, optional activities (Tiger Kingdom interaction and free day excursion), one-way flight from Bangkok-Phuket (est. $50/person) and final flight from Krabi to destination of choice: Bangkok, Singapore, etc. (est. $50/person).
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT: $800-$1500. (To research comparable flights prior to our trip, see sites such as google.com/flights. Flights are as low as $800 from cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York.) Travelers should book their flights as follows:
Mon., June 17, 2024: Home Airport to Bangkok, Thailand (arriving June 18). Can also depoart June 16.
Tues., June 26, 2024: Bangkok to Home Airport. International flights should depart after 6:00 p.m.
Travelers may choose to stay additional nights in Thailand, or continue to Singapore or other destinations.
